The weekend of the 23rd and 24th of March saw the third Jugiong Writers Festival take place.
The Festival was a great success, with nearly 300 attendees on the Author Day. Workshops on the Friday and local entertainment and gourmet brunch with winners of the poetry and short story competitions announced on the Sunday were also well attended.
The Festival is run by a small group of volunteers who rely on private sponsorship and grants from the Harden District Education Fund, Hilltops Council and NSW Country Arts.
