NSW Farmers would like to thank Gladys Berejiklian for her genuine commitment and contribution to rural and regional communities during her time as the state’s Premier.

NSW Farmers’ President James Jackson said Ms Berejiklian served as Premier during a particularly difficult time for our state, but she always showed a keen interest in our farmers and the wellbeing of regional communities.

“We’d like to thank Gladys for her work in building a closer relationship with NSW Farmers, and for her service to the people of NSW,” Mr Jackson said.

“The Berejiklian Government has made agriculture a priority in regular meetings to understand the needs of our farming families and regional communities.

“On a personal note, we wish Gladys all the best in her future endeavours, and we wish the incoming Premier all the best with the role at this challenging time. We hope engagement with farmers and rural communities will continue to strengthen.”
