The Harden Pony Club One Day Event (ODE) due to be held this weekend has been cancelled.
The event was originally due to be held on Sunday the 9th of August, but was postponed due to rain. It was rescheduled to this Sunday, the 30th of August but has now been cancelled due to changes in recommendations surrounding community sport and the coronavirus pandemic.
It’s now recommended community sport involving travel from other regions should cease, so the Pony Club cancelled the event, citing that the health and safety of the Harden Murrumburrah community and the participants is their main priority.
The Club will now look to hold their next Pony Club One Day Event on Sunday the 15th of November, depending on what recommendations are in place closer to the time.
