Owner Sean Roderick believes ‘healthy isn’t a destination, it’s a journey’ and advises people to focus on their own goals. “No matter what their health and fitness goals are, focus on yourself and your own journey. He recommends surrounding yourself with people who are going to support you and your goals and to take one change at a time, as changing your lifestyle doesn’t happen overnight. “It’s about changing one thing at a time and constantly adapting to how your body and mind react to that.”
Elite Supplements are open six days a week, with opening hours on weekdays from 10am to 5.30pm and from 9.30am to 1.30pm on Saturdays.
