Amber Blythe is the brainstorm behind Cultiv8 Conveyancing.
She founded Cultiv8 Conveyancing in 2018 with a new laptop, a bit of cash in the bank and not one client in the books, though steadfastly believing in her vision of a modern client focused conveyancing practice in the Hilltops Region.
Communication technology was a key driver in this business, and Amber worked to create a platform and app to update clients throughout their sale of purchase of property.
Cultiv8 Conveyancing is now a thriving success, completing nearly 400 conveyancing properties since inception.
As the property market boomed this year, Amber worked fulltime from home through COVID-19 restrictions, with a big baby belly and then a newborn baby by her side.
Baby Chloe is now eight months old and works alongside mum everyday just like a full-time office baby.
In her spare time, Amber is completing a Bachelor of Law at Charles Sturt University in Bathurst, expecting to graduate in 2022.
Perhaps Cultiv8 Conveyancing will turn into Cultiv8 Law, but only time will tell.
